Sponsorships

The support from our sponsors is how kids get to play! Sponsorships is an important part of achieving our goals as it enables us to provide soccer programs to all children in our community.

TCYS has several sponsorship opportunities available. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we rely on the generous support of our local community, and we value and very much appreciate the partnerships we've developed with our sponsors.

Since the founding of TCYS, and with the support of our sponsors, we have served tens of thousands of kids. We are dedicated to improving the lives of our youth with positive life skills found through playing soccer.

Thank you for sponsoring our youth to play soccer for the 2026 fall season! In addition to the team sponsorships offered in prior seasons, TCYS has expanded to include two new sponsorship opportunities.

Player - Coach Sponsor

Individual players or coaches can be sponsored by family, friend, business, or an organization. Player sponsorships will be applied towards the named player's registration fees and according to the child's respective age group fee. Coach sponsorship will be applied to the team he or she is assigned for the 2026 season. There is no option to sponsor a player and a coach to be on the same team.

How To Sponsor A Player:

Under the option on the form to sponsor 'A Player or Coach', select the child's age group when completing the sponsorship form. Submit the associated fee for the player. The sponsorship payment will be applied towards the child's registration.

The child's registration fee will then be refunded back to the original payee.

Be sure to enter the child's name and Under Age Group in the notes so it can be correctly applied to the correct registrant.

How To Sponsor A Coach:

Under the option on the form to sponsor 'A Player or Coach', select sponsoring 'One Team Coach'. Submit the associated payment for the coach. The sponsorship payment will be applied to the team the coach is assigned to and will become a team sponsorship for that coach.

Be sure to enter the coach's name in the notes so it can be applied to the correct coach and to his or her assigned team.

Team Sponsor

One, two, or up to five teams can be sponsored for the 2026 season! Sponsors can choose the teams it prefers to support by the player or coach's name, or may opt to sponsor any team that's needing to be sponsored. There is no option to sponsor a player and a coach to be on the same team.

Teams are assigned sponsors on first-come first-serve basis, so there's no guarantee a specific team can receive the sponsorship branding, but every effort will be made to accommodate the preference.

Be sure to enter the child or coach's name in the notes so it can be correctly applied to the team, or enter no coach or player preference.

Sponsor Benefits:

The business/organization's brand will be printed on each team player's jersey. The sponsor will also receive the same jersey(s) as a thank you for sponsoring our local youth and supporting soccer in our community. Jerseys can be proudly displayed at the place of business to share with the community of your support for youth soccer!

In addition to the brand being printed on team jerseys and receiving a displayable team jersey(s), the business/organization will also be prominently displayed on the TCYS website. The more teams sponsored, the more highlighted advertising it will receive. A dedicated sponsor page will begin with the 5 team sponsors listed first with its brand largely displayed. Subsequent sponsors will be displayed in order of teams sponsored. All our sponsors are equally valued and are very much appreciated!

Banner Sponsor

TCYS tested the trial sponsorship opportunity late last fall and this year it's officially being launched! This new sponsorship opportunity is a great way to promote your organization/business while helping to make the soccer environment more safe during training/practice and on match days. Your business/organization's brand will be displayed during Soccer Saturdays from August through the end of October along the entrance pathway fence line at Standard Park and will be known as a major supporter to field safety!

How Your Sponsorship Helps: All proceeds from banner sponsorships will go towards the acquisition of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator) as mandated by CA AB310.

TCYS is required to have AEDs in place by January 1, 2028 during all youth sports practices and at matches. Your support helps TCYS meet this important safety goal.

How To Sponsor A Banner:

If the banner sponsorship option is selected and is in addition to sponsoring a team, then select banner 'Sponsor Plus'. If no team is being sponsored and you only want a banner displayed on Soccer Saturdays, then select banner 'Sponsor Only' on the form. Submit payment, then self-order and self-pay for a 3' x 6' banner through the current TCYS sign sponsor:

Once the banner is delivered, TCYS volunteer staff will raise and lower the banner on Soccer Saturdays, and will safely store it for each match day.
