Registration fees last year were $120 - fees for this season have not been determined. Registration and payment will occur in mid-November.
Practices start in December, they are typically 2X/week at Standard Park - unless bad weather closes the fields.
Games will start in mid-January and end late-February. There will be two games per/week at the same location. TCYS should have two Saturdays at our home fields, away games are played within our District, which include Oakdale, Modesto, Calaveras, Merced, Ceres, Stockton, Tracy, Patterson and Manteca. It is possible games could be cancelled without make-up games due to rain-outs.There is an end of season tournament, which will likely be in early-March.
This is a great opportunity for players/families who want to participate in an extended season with a higher level of competition. If you have any other questions, please post them here or e-mail Scott Vaughn our BML coordinator at coaching@tcysoccer.org

TCYS offers the opportunity for players in the U10, U12, U14, U17, and U19 age divisions to enjoy an additional season of play competing on a TC United team against other teams in CYSA District 8. Coach selection begins in October,  and teams are formed through tryouts in late October or November (depending on age division). Teams compete in two games each Saturday for about 6 weeks (DEC/JAN or JAN/FEB). This is an excellent opportunity for players interested in developing their skills through a higher level of play.

The 2015 Season tryouts are being planned for the Bill Meyer League. For more information go to the district Bill Meyer District 8 website.

PURPOSE: To extend play during the winter season for recreational and older players.  To further develop individual player skill level within TCYS.  To create a transition for players to play on teams within Sierra United Soccer Club (SUSC). TCU is available to all players within Tuolumne County; It is the intention of this BOD to have fair tryouts, using neutral evaluators as indicated. TCU teams are not to be used by any party to create teams not welcoming to all TCYS players.

STATEMENT: TCU teams are allowed to be formed and participate at the approval of the TCYS BOD, and with an appropriate TCU Coordinator in place. At any time, TCYS may choose not to allow all or some teams to compete, even if there are enough players for teams should there not be enough support staff, field availability, or other unforeseen circumstances arise.

REQUIREMENTS:  Players must play in the appropriate age groups (U10, U12, U14, U17, U19) as determined by the CYSA age matrix as of July 31st of current year.  Bill Meyer players must have been registered with TCYS and have played in the current Fall TCYS recreational season. Frazier players from the TCYS area are to be considered before any outside league players are considered. A maximum of 6 players from outside of TCYS may be allowed on a Frazier team without BOD approval.

GAMES: There are typically 2 games per Saturday for 5 weeks followed immediately by a tournament weekend.  District VIII establishes the Frazier and Bill Meyer League schedules annually.

TRAVEL:  While some teams may have 1 Saturday of home games, the remaining games will be played throughout the valley areas against other leagues within District 8.  Travel is within a 2-hour drive (typically less), and both games will be at the same location each Saturday.  Players are welcome to carpool; meals and snacks are the responsibility of the individual players.

TOURNAMENT:  An end of season tournament is provided by the playing league and will be held on the last weekend with games on Saturday and Sunday.  All travel and overnight stays are the option and individual responsibility of the parents.  Location will be within equivalent driving distance as other games, so travel can be made both Saturday and Sunday without the need for an overnight stay.

PRACTICES:  Practice will follow team selection and continue according to the individual coach’s schedule (typically 2 practices per week).  Locations will vary depending on weather, field availability, and available lighting.
