RECREATION:


Recreational soccer for ages 3-18. U4 registration fees are $30. U5 and U6 registration fees are $55. U8 to U19 registration fees are $65. A family discount is available for three (3) or more players for only $120. You can register online using the forms below, or pick up forms at your school or Big 5. You can also request forms by calling 532-KICK. Please direct questions about registrations to 532-KICK, or email registrar@tcysoccer.org. Registration Forms:

CYSA Membership Form (fill out, print, and send in 1 for each player)
Registration Packet (fill out, print and send in page 3 for each player)
All paperwork must be complete or players will not be placed on a team.
Include payment by cash, check, or money order.
