Rec Soccer Registration
Soccer registration is officially open and will run through May 14th, 2017. Registration assistance dates will be held on March 17th and April 7th from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at High Country Sports Area (18960 Waylon Way, Sonora). This will provide assistance to anyone unable to register through the online registration program. Please note that the state has made a software change that TCYS is required to follow and, by doing so, over 90% of player information was not transferred. So you will need to re-upload your child's birth certificate and picture. Remember this is a new system for us as well, so we will do our best to assist with any registration issues. Through trial attempts with the new program, it has been discovered that you will be able to register as boys, girls or co-ed. This is a feature that we are unable to adjust, so note that U6 and below is co-ed, U8 through U12 is gender specific and U14 and above will be determined based on the number of player participation (fluctuating registration numbers may alter the necessity for co-ed or not).
If you would like to coach this year, please make sure you register as a coach when you are registering your child. We will know if you have any interest if you do not register in the system.
Team formation will be formed based off of registration numbers and practice field location selection. No player or coaching requests will be granted in an effort to keep teams as fair as possible. Final practice location will be determined based on field availability and coach selection preference.
A player is placed in a particular age group as determined by the US Soccer age group matrix, see additional tab above for information.

Tuolumne County Youth Soccer relies heavily on the local community to sponsor its summer recreational teams. Sponsors can request a particular player or coach, as well as a team color. You can provide your business logo, and we will have your logo printed on the jerseys. This community's generosity has allowed TCYS to keep player fees reasonable for many years, putting youth sports within reach of many families that could not otherwise have afforded it.
For the past 30 years, Soccer Saturdays at Standard Field have become a huge center of activity, as many locals know. Standard Field is packed with over 1,000 boys and girls and their fans participating on approximately 100 teams from August through October. Your sponsorship not only benefits our youth but gives your business weekly exposure.
Please consider sponsoring a team and download the application below. If you have any questions, please contact Brenna Arnett at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Board Meeting will take place on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm. The meeting will take place at:
